MEP & Fire Fighting
Complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages, including HVAC, fire protection and BMS.
A full in-house MEP capability spanning LV and ELV electrical systems, HVAC and chilled water, plumbing and drainage, fire detection and suppression, and building management systems. Delivered on hospitals, data centres, metro depots and headquarters buildings where commissioning tolerances are unforgiving.

Turnkey interior delivery for towers, hospitals, hotels and cinemas.
From landlord shell to occupied space: coordinated finishes, joinery, partitions, ceilings and integrated services. Our team has completed fit-out for financial district towers, more than thirty cinema screens nationwide, research institutes and international banking offices.

Road Infrastructure
Highways, bridges, underpasses and the drainage and electrical networks that serve them.
Road and highway delivery informed by four decades of Saudi experience — including some of the earliest roads projects in Riyadh. Scope covers alignment and design review, bridges and underpasses, stormwater drainage, street lighting and associated telecom ducting.
