Our story

From Lucknow to Riyadh

Luminous Infrastructure & Services (LIS) Pvt. Ltd. was established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2025 as a sister concern of SR Constructions — a trusted Indian firm operating since 2002.

SR Constructions, led by Mr. Rehan Farooqi as CEO and Managing Director, has delivered numerous landmark projects across India: multi-storey residential developments, shopping complexes, institutional buildings and government works for clients including ELDECO, OMAXE, Parsvnath and CPWD.

LIS now brings that delivery discipline to the Saudi market, serving the Kingdom’s rapidly growing infrastructure and service sectors with high-quality civil, MEP and fit-out solutions.
