Who we are
A new Saudi contractor, built on two decades of delivery
Luminous Infrastructure & Services (LIS) was established in Riyadh in 2025 under the guidance of Mr. Rehan Farooqi, founder of SR Constructions — a trusted Indian firm operating since 2002.
What is new is the company, not the capability. Our proposed team has delivered hospitals, residential towers, metro depots, financial district fit-outs and industrial city infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. LIS brings that record to the Kingdom’s rapidly growing infrastructure and service sectors.
